Australia Day is actually pretty straight forward. It celebrates landing of the first settlers in Sydney in 1788 and the establishment of the first colony.

Patrice was in high form today. Cracking up about "Dale" getting knocked over by a kid at Disneyland was funny enough, but I was crying with laughter by the time she got to her "40 Acres and a Mule" rant. Thursdays are my favorite!
