Do you mean Kyle didn't say enough about it? Because Keith and Chemda made it clear that the guy should be in prison for it.

If you smoke everyday, an ounce of weed will last about a week. I think Chemda got that mixed up with a QP. An ounce is not what you would buy to distribute, unless by "distributing" it means you invite friends over to smoke a couple of joints and order some pizzas and hot wings. At the current rates you don't start making money unless you buy at least a QP, even that is pushing it though, especially if you yourself smoke.

Someone in the comments at Gawker about this story made a good point: the fact that he felt the need to explain it was okay because he's gay probably means he was already doing something that both people understood was inappropriate. He knew it had the potential of being construed as threatening by the woman, but he did it anyway. He was not fired for being gay, he was fired for being an asshole.

And then a bunch of people posted video of Issac Mizrahi grabbing Scarlett Johansson's tits on national television.

Just apply the rule about switching the race/sex to the roommate videotape thing, what if a girl had webcast two chicks together...hot.

Is this totally different, but what about the gay guys that hit on/won't leave alone straight guys? I think a girl could get away with shoving or hitting any guy who was groping them, but if I did it, it would be a different story.

Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer

My general understanding is the law has a general "keep your hands to yourself" rule which applies both to the groper and the gropee. You can choose to beat up the person who touches you but one of the consequences of that choice could be an assault charge.

*And the rule does apply to women as well. I remember one story about a group of lesbian women who were all charged with assault after beating up a guy who got aggressive with them after they ignored his catcalling attempts. He spit on them, and they beat the shit out of him. They were all convicted.

I would generally agree with you on this, mostly because men seem to be the majority of the voyeur sites where those videos roam. And straight men generally would find two girls making out hot.

But the stygma of being secretly videotape and put on the web could drive somebody to suicide at the same level. There's the same shame behind it.

Plus, two pornstars making out for a fakely hidden cam video (insert Chemda's magnificient pornstar impression here) are hot. But two girls who are secretly filmed during a personal thing? I dont know. sounds a bit creepy.

Even a generally hot thing like two girls m,aking out can turn creepy if you change the context. Watch the doc "She stole my voice". Horrifying example.

I feel bad about the kid who tried to find solace on the internet. I remember when I was about 15, my friend was just coming out and his mom was really homophobic, so we went on my computer to try and find some info for young guys coming out.

Yahoo (Google wasn't invented) searching "gay" is probably not the best idea I had. I mean, as far as I know everything turned out fine and the next year there was a GSA on campus that provided a lot more healthy environment for gay high school students, but in 1997, the internet was no help for a gay teen.

Oh come on. Kyle was clearly bothered by the homophobia that drove this kid to end his life.

Besides, if you're stupid enough to kill yourself because other people don't like you, you're just extra flesh anyway. We all have opportunities to rise above, whether we take them is the important part of the equation.

Or what if a girl had webcast her female roommate getting fucked by her college BF when the girl was supposed to be really christian and saving herself for marriage? We all know hypocrites and want to cut them down to size, but the broadcast was wrong.
