Lots of countries have odd perceptions of consent.
For instance, the Vatican, which is not just a country, but is also the center of the Roman Catholic Church, has over the centuries stated that their rules and laws should apply all over the world, has an age of consent of 12.

The website that did the awesome write-up of KATG is called Splitsider (not Sidesplitter) and you can see the article here: A Fairly Comprehensive Guide to Comedy Podcasts: Keith and the Girl | Splitsider
Also, I think the double-use of rape in the poll makes it biased. Of course we consider raping, rape. There's a risk we won't uncover the douches in the community that think forced sex with an acquaintance is okay. You know they're out there. |

According to Wiki, Vatican follows the age of consent laws of Italy, so it's no longer 12. It is 14, though. Ages of consent in Europe - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia |

Does the whole 'taking your time jerking it' thing really make you last longer in bed? Cause i average like 2 minutes in bed, and jerkin it takes...well....about as long.
Either way, I'm trying it now. |

So I figured there had to be other recent surveys out there regarding rape. Haven (a rape crisis center?) conducted one in the UK:
18% of respondents did not know if it's rape when it occurs within a committed relationship 46% of men aged 18 to 25 also do not consider it rape if the woman changes her mind during sex. 23% of men do not believe it is rape even if the woman has said "no" from the start. A quarter of young men 'won't take no for an answer when it comes to sex' | Mail Online
