Congrats to Big Jim. The streak is over.

Meh, the whole shaking of the desk thing isn't really a big deal. When I was in high school, when we ever fell asleep, the teacher would stop class, get the biggest book he could find, and then smack it on the table right near the person so they would wake up. Then, right when the person would bolt up, he would take a picture of the person's face and then put that picture on the wall.
Most kids were too scared of looking like a fool on the teacher's wall to ever try falling asleep. |

My history teacher used to pick up the front of our desks and move it around when someone fell asleep. Sometimes squirt them with water. It's not a big deal.
Kids nowadays are being raised to be such fucking pussies. |

Kids today are just far too coddled. They feel abused even if you just startle them. And then when they are adults and try to join the workforce, they wonder why they have such a hard time adjusting to shithead coworkers and bosses.
The sooner they learn life doesn't coddle them, the sooner they will succeed. Or they join the ACLU. |
so they're busting the teacher's balls cause he rattled a desk but kids can smash stuff freely?
bah. i hate to talk like an old man and say back in my day but i had a teacher that had temper tantrums and threw stuff around and screamed on a regular basis. being shout at and threatened was part of the deal, if i ever complained to my parents the only results would have been either: a)being laughed at and called a "pussy fag" by my father and heard my mother say "you proibably deserved it? think of what you did. im sure you did something" b) if i went to the principal i wouldve got in trouble and said teacher would have flunked me on purpose and he would have been right man up and shut up. no one likes whiners and rats. |
Also when my mother used to give me a spanking and I'd say "I'm gonna call child services" she said "Call them but I'll beat the shit outta you by the time they get here"
|
ha!
i think i heard some black comic use that line too. i guess it was a mom classic. mine made me believe that child services would get me in trouble cause they actually sent the kėds without parents to prison like foster homes. well i was young and naive. |
