To be honest, I was already overweight with a low sex drive because I just had a baby...so those side effects weren't a big deal. I actually saw my sex drive go up once I started feeling better. I was a much better mom and wife all around because I was present again and not just exsisting.

very true...I worked up to a full pill in the dark of winter, but also took a lot of vitamin E which helps as well. I think Lexapro is at its best when in low dosages...it seems to be the go to drug for post partum.

peronally the ones with the worst side effects for me were the mood stabilizers. incresed my weight sensibly and did the libido thing. dunno if lexapro is one of those.

a fascinating thing about the side effect of that stuff is that i still had a pretty normal sex life (altho0uygh as i said, i didnt masturbate, really). i had to move the drive to a more "brainy" one. its hard to explain. i had to make myself aroused, instead of always being so as a natural reaction to everything. So when i got off, it kinda doubled my drive.

the birth controle messes up with hormones right, so it mixes the methabolism.

the stabylizers make gain weight but it wasn exactly fat, it was like filling with liquids.

Brrr

Anyways yeah during the intake, i learned how to get turned on using my brain instead that the usual " see boobs peen moves". so now i have an enhanced approach tro sexuality

Dillon The Wannabe

Thanks for the plug for our show, "Triple Rush." After listening to your podcast, we realized Dillon's bio might have been a little harsh. In order to make it up to him, we've decided to re-edit all of the scenes with Dillon in them so that he becomes a bike superhero of sorts... "Captain Nebraska". There isn't a package too heavy or a deadline too short that Captain Nebraska can't conquer. This editorial change has been very time consuming (and at an incredible expense for us to digitally add sexy tights onto him)... but it's going to be well worth it! Thanks in advance for tuning in to see Dillon save the day on April 14th at 10pm on the Travel Channel!

Nah, I don't think it was diabolical like that...when you're deep into a religion, it is easy to plant things into memory or to do things you think are supernatural. I attended a church once where it was "cool" to speak in tongues, and suddenly EVERYONE could speak in tongues! AMAZING! Yet at another church, no one ever did. The people that spoke in tongues didn't think they were faking, they just got into a frenzie and got carried away.

And there have been some really interesting findings in planting memories. When we are little if we hear a story over and over we start to remember it like it actually happened. And we can get to a point where we will truly remember an action that we never actually did.

If this kid grew up in a religious household, especially with a pastor for a dad, ideas of heaven are easy to "remember". Now, I'm one of the people that voted that something supernatural DID happen. I don't think he was in heaven, but I do think the brain is amazing and think perhaps this kid did have a spiritual experience, but that his limited knowledge chalked it up to being in heaven.
