Dr. boyfriend and I have the same thing with exercise. A couple of visits to the gym and he looks crazy good. Meanwhile, fat old me who's been on this thing regular for years now looks the same as I always do. I just try to look on the bright side (BF hotter and hornier than usual for while) and focus on the fact that exercise is for my mental and physical health, not to conform to any standard of beauty, however desirable it may be.
