Prisoners need to feel pretty too, I wonder what the swimsuits look like?

Keith,

Hey man I know you watched American Pimp the other day. But there is another documentary on the kind of pimping that LT was involved in. I think it's even worse than what you saw in American pimp because it involves pimps victimizing young girls from an early age. It's streaming on Netflix and it's called "Very Young Girls".

It's very depressing and they don't attempt to make it comical. These kids are broken from a very young age and taken advantage of. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it.

As for the people who call prostitution a "harmless" crime I don't see how you can view this documentary and still believe that. The truth of the matter is that the version of prostitution we are shown in movies and music is a sanitized version of the actual real deal.

Link to the Netflix Page for the movie

People call it a "victimless" crime, not harmless. The semantics do make a difference. The basic trade of sex for cash is victimless. But then when you start looking at who usually ends up in prostitution, it's clear that these are the victims of child abuse, drug addicts, etc. Chemda pointed out on a recent show that one of the issues closely tied to this is poverty, and she's exactly right. The way we police prostitution now does absolutely nothing to reduce the number of prostitutes out there, does absolutely nothing to make them safer, and does absolutely nothing to get them medical attention that they need, whether it be rehab or due to abuse. Something's gotta give.

I think there are valid arguments to be made that more women and children could be helped by decriminalization (which is NOT legalization, by the way. People confuse those terms all the time).

I feel you. It's just that people make the "victimless" claim in the abstract as if we can seperate the cause and effect of it all. It's crazy how the police attempt to tackle the problem by locking up pimps while slapping prostitutes and Johns on the wrist with fines and overnight jail sentences.

And in the documentary when they show you 12 and 13 year old kids being used on the street it just tears your heart. Especially since many of them have Stockholm syndrome and "love" their pimps. They end up going back to them very often. Sad.

Veering the topic of discussion from child prostitution to transsexual prostitution, I gotta say that as a gay man, I dont know any gay men into trannys. One, it could be a taboo in the gay world too, or two it could just be more of a straight thing.

I came across this tread and I simply had to register and comment on it.

I totally agree with you guys. It really breaks my heart watching those children being exploited and made to become prostitutes.

Becoming a prostitute should be a personal choice and not a a result of manipulation or force by someone else.

Hooking up with a shemale is bucket list also. Though I think tranny porn is very misleading when it comes to the physical quality of actual gettable shemales and craigslist is shit for finding (a fuckable) one.
