I was just saying that the meetings tend to get kind of boring and stupid, but that going to them is better than not going to them.

gambling

I'm from Oklahoma, the land of the Native American casinos, we've got a bunch of them, I went to one called Riverwind for my birthday last year, I am not a big gambler and I don't have any problems with having to tell myself to quit, this was just for some birthday fun.

It happened to fall on a Friday, payday and it was a bit depressing to see that there is basically a check-cashing window there and a long line of people bringing their paycheck directly to the casino, cashing it there and sitting at a machine the rest of the night, staring like the hypnotized, chain smoking. It's one thing to hear a bunch of statistics about the increase of gambling addiction due to the proliferation of casinos, it's quite another to stand and watch it happening in person. Sobering.

Love Jesse, he's sensational every time he's on the show. Couldn't make the Roast but looking forward to purchasing it when I can!

So if there were no casinos in bumfuck, Oklahoma, you think they would all lead culturally enriched lives? They'd be staring at the wall at home high on Meth drinking Budweiser.

These are the same people who either stare at papers all day at DMV or have nothing else to do because everybody they knew died. So let them have their fun.

This is interesting. I am personally of the belief that ALL races need to begin cross-breeding and that would help eliminate racism, but also the stupid little things that people hold onto in their respective cultures, religion, etc.

That's a very naive belief.

How so? You don't think humans can 'fuck' their problems away?

Who doesn't feel better after getting laid?

DWarrior does not have the 'data set' to evaluate this question.
