I am completely on Keith and Chemda's side with this Android fiasco.

It does not matter that Joel did it for free. What does matter is that Joel used a well-established brand to market his product, and the owners of that brand were not satisfied with the quality of the product. To rehash the analogies that others have said, I can't make a shitty product and slap someone else's name on it, even if I give that product away. The brand name on the product belongs to a company, and that company has every right to stop the sale of that product (even if the sale price is zero dollars) because customers are going to associate the product with that brand.

Personally, I would not ever allow unauthorized use of my brand. Trademarks have to be enforced in order to keep them, and every time someone else makes and distributes a product with my brand on it, I lose a sale and gain someone who will probably contact me to support the product in the future. Let's say you buy a product that breaks six months later. If there's a company name printed on that product, you're going to call them. Now, if that company says they have no control over that product and can't help you with it, are you ever going to buy another product with that company's branding?

As far as I can see, Joel didn't just make the product for free - he took sales away from Keith and Chemda.

Use your own brand when you release a product. And don't expect a company to thank you if you release it with their name instead. The cost of the product itself is really just one small portion of the overall value of the product.

That's not what I meant, good on you for being someone who gets to have a great marriage. Its just I hear a lot of people like today's guest, and other recent guest(Hell keith and Chem pointed it out themselves after their break up its like they started a trend)

I love the show but I hate it when they start talking about how "absolutely stupid" it is to get married to someone, and how weddings shouldn't be special and how its a horrible idea and no one should do it, and people don't do it for love or anything. Just something I noticed and it bugs me.

I don't think you have any authority to talk about anything related to marriage. Or relationships or human interaction. You have no context whatsoever.

I don't think they feel that way, you just have selective hearing. Chemda has said multiple times that she doesn't know if she wants to get married, but that she might someday and Keith says he wants to get married and have kids in the future.
