Let her let her friends know she's a horrible person instead of teaching her how to hide it.

but isn't it when they are young that you can teach them what is right and wrong? it isn't her fault she is brought up by right wing religious crazies that try to pray away alcoholism because they don't believe it is a disease and have babies at home in their hot tubs (both true stories with this family). It isn't her fault that she was brought up to think these things. But it becomes my fault if I don't say something. Family is supposed to help each other, not give up on the hopeless cases.

And her friends and facebook community support the way she talks. She even has a teacher on there that regularly comments but says nothing bad, just condones what she is writing. It just saddens me that she is already putting herself in a pigeonhole for life and she is only 13.

There's really not much you can do, though, if her family won't work with you. I mean, if you really pushed it, their family will just ignore you and then blame you when their daughter grows up 'cause you interfered with their methods.

Oh, I thought she had a sane family and was just a racist/bigot from her own independent thinking. This is a whole other problem (that I would deal with by shunning my family). This could be a case for helping someone though, but certainly Facebook isn't the problem here. In fact, internet might be the only hope for redemption, since her rl environment is clearly fucked. Introduce her to SA, 4chan, and ED and hope she learns well.
