This is probably arguing semantics but he made fun of a language not a race, a white guy speaking Arabic would produce the same verbal cues that Jesse identifies with odd sounds. It sounds like he just finds it amusing to mimic odd sounds. It still isn't very high brow, I rate it only slightly higher than laughing at a fart.

English, or as Keith says is, "American" can be broken down to "like like like" or "hared!"

And yet one more thing...the brokers are probably saying they can sell ice to an eskimo and then not getting back to you because their main job is to get as many people in the door as possible. And there are probably more people that say "yes I want an apartment" and don't follow through than mature adults that say "yes I want an apartment" and actually have their shit together. So my theory is that they treat everyone like the former person and if you happen to be the latter, you get frustrated.

As in any business where customer service is important, about 80% of the professionals are mediocre and give the 20% that are good at their job a bad name. It is also why personal referrals are so valuable.

Agreed. As someone who listens to the shows more than once; the show notes are incredibly helpful.
