This is probably arguing semantics but he made fun of a language not a race, a white guy speaking Arabic would produce the same verbal cues that Jesse identifies with odd sounds. It sounds like he just finds it amusing to mimic odd sounds. It still isn't very high brow, I rate it only slightly higher than laughing at a fart.

So my theory is that they treat everyone like the former person and if you happen to be the latter, you get frustrated. As in any business where customer service is important, about 80% of the professionals are mediocre and give the 20% that are good at their job a bad name. It is also why personal referrals are so valuable. |
