I don't know how portable/durable your equipment is but how about having a forum reception. This way those of us who want to be there can be there via the internet. I know it would be too much to ask to do this for the wedding but if you do this you could post some pictures of the wedding.

I figured out who Urine Man's nemesis could be. The Defecater, he shits on everything.

My grandmother had 5 different husbands and 17 kids, each of her kids had no less than 5 kids and most of those kids has had multiple kids already. So I'm stuck with a crazy amount of family that I'll never get to know just because there are so many.

I haven't listened to the show yet so I'm just going to comment on the poll.

I think it's safe to say that most ethnic/non-North American people are close to their extended families or grew up around their extended families. I grew up around my mother's extended family and my maternal grandparents. No, we didn't all live in the same house but we lived in the same city and we would all get together during the weekends.

I am extremely grateful that I know my grandparents. It's interesting because they know your parents in a way that you never will - my grandparents have told me stories about their childhoods and of my mother's childhood, and I don't know, it's like their stories help me understand why mother is the way she is, and in turn, this helps me understand why I am the way I am. I feel like I know myself better thanks to knowing them and hearing their stories.

I have never met my father's extended family or my paternal grandparents. In comparison, I definitely know/understand my mother more than my father. I feel like once I meet my paternal grandparents, there'll be this "aha" moment and so many things will make sense.

Anyway, I think I would be really lost if I never knew my mother's extended family, especially my maternal grandparents. I think it's sad that so little importance is placed on the extended family in Western culture. I also wish that the elderly were valued more.

I'm a cripple who probably freaks people out every time I go outside and midgets still freak me the fuck out. I was riding the city bus once and one got on and sat near me. I nearly had a panic attack.

do Americans really not have relationships with their extended family? the closest ive lived to my extended family is several hours away, and the majority of them live at least 4 states away but ive gone on vacation specifically to see them throughout my entire life. i live in PA and my dads family is from, and still lives in, Michigan, while a large portion of my moms family moved south to North carolina or thereabouts. almost every year ive gone to both locations and seen them at least once a year and have holidays with every single nearby family every time the holiday comes around.
i never knew it was so odd to know these people...

The most important thing to keep in mind about Rush Limbaugh when he's talking about sluts and being paid to have sex:

Rush Limbaugh's Dominican Stag Party | The Smoking Gun

In 2009, he was caught coming back from the Dominican Republic with a bottle of Viagra with someone else's name on it.

This is probably why he is under the mistaken impression that you take more birth control the more sex you have (rather than merely taking one pill every day regardless of your sexual practices, or a monthly shot, etc). It's how his Viagra works.

Sir Keith

"Those knights moved so slow, I can see myself fighting one." - Keith

It is a well-known historical fact that the Mallys come from a long line of squires and foot soldiers. Leave the armor and swordplay to us nobles.

I am one of those who lets Keith sometimes roon shows and movies for me. So I'm glad that he likes Game of Thrones. :D

Have we heard his opinion on The Walking Dead?
