Well, I was self appointed, but if you want to pay for my court-appointed lawyer, maybe he'd do a better job than me.

Danny, the key word was "yet". How has he threatened us? I don't think he's the greatest guy, but also don't think he poses any sort of threat to the USA, so why must we kill him now?
