struggling with your drunk spelling but i'm a big fan so far

Hicks had a bit about Evangelicals and dinosaurs. You look it up.
Here's where I'm at, bottom line.

We are the second team.

The first team, Troodon, got *taken out*! (insert keet-like emphasis)

We evolved (goodnight Evangelicals, drive safely!) from little rat guys, Voles.

If Troodon would've survived, well . .

But why is the church that you're going to more accurate than any other religion's beliefs? How can you support any other religion over another? Only if you took your child to Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Islamic, Scientoligist, Taoist, Atheist and thousands of other functions of thousands of other churches, religions and places could you be sure your child would be getting equal exposure to all of the religions and ways of belief? I'd also reccomend your child smokes a lot of pot to properly start thinking of how the world, religion, life and existence is completely arbitrary and at the mercy of the unknown laws of the universe. Let's face it- anyone who claims to know exactly the meaning of life is as stupid as any other. To me, no observed religions have been as logical or believable as what truly created our universe. How could our newfound knowledge of the known universe possibly compete with something as bafflingly simple as "a thing made it". Who knows though? The simplest answer might be the right one... i'm guessing though, that it isn't.

I voted in the last poll that the atheist billboards were a bad thing. I'm an atheist. But I voted because of this: I've been an atheist living in a midwest god culture my whole life...god has been on my billboards, my money, etc. However, I consider myself to be a calm and rational person. My experience has shown that most people that would be offended by an atheist billboard are not calm or rational. So we have to treat them like babies and not upset them to maintain peace. Therefore, the billboard is a bad idea. Leave the believers be. They can cause a LOT more problems when they're mad.

I hate these billboards. Atheist and Christian alike. I don't know if it's because either side has to convince the other so bad, or they're simply dishing out religious hostility as payback for what they're being subjected to. Just stop. Why do both sides have to be so damn obnoxious about their points? I know Atheists who don't have anything to prove, and I know church-goers who aren't out to recruit me. I see what Keith is saying, about how Atheists should get ads, just like the Christians. I just don't see why EITHER side should get them. They just make waves more than anything, and they drive people apart. It's disrespect from both sides that's really unnecessary. Just mind your own business, already.

I’m agnostic but I have attended church regularly with my 10 year old son for the last 2 years so that he can experience a bit of religion. I think he needs to understand it a bit before he can accept or reject either belief.

I remember watching a debate between an atheist and theist. The atheist said he advocates for children at public schools to have a subject teaching them about all of the major religions (the basic beliefs, scriptures, rituals, predominance etc). The theist didn't like this proposal, and they briefly argued about it.

Both of them basically said yes if children and young people learn about many different religions, they might start asking more questions (even in just trying to choose a religion a person is considering and questioning things more than something they are just passively accepting).

Taking your son to just one church is teaching him that one religion (and not really even about that religion, e.g. a previous commenter had a link to the similarities between Jesus and Horus, they probably wont teach that at church even though it is relevant).

KEITH'S EAR BOOGERS

I have been telling you to try this for 2 years now.

1% Boric Acid Solution. Irrigate a couple of times a week.

This ear boogie condition may be due to an allergic reaction. Notice it happens around Spring? (also when you go to the beach)

Good luck buddy, I know how frustrating ear conditions can be.

----------------
NOTE: Eightball is not a medical professional, although he does play one on a popular syndicated newsletter.
Boric Acid is a drug, and should be treated as one. It is also used to melt masonry, and as an ant irritant. Do not use Boric Acid more than twice per 24-hour period. Discontinue usage if you notice and of the following: skin irritation, nausea, loose bowels, excessive bleeding from the ear, nose, eyes, or suicidal tendencies. A small percentage of trial users contracted Huntington's Knee, Alfred's Pustule Syndrome, and/or Sudden Death at the Diner Table Simplex (or SDaTDTS). If you are pregnant of nursing you should not use Boric Acid for anything other than cleaning your oven. Boric Acid should not be applied while wearing silver earrings, expensive imported wrist watches, or when in proximity to radio waves or oxygen.
Use as directed.

I'd rather billboards not exist at all. Or any ads, for that matter.

And while we're being retarded, I want to pet a unicorn.
