and lets just disclose all our genetic information too, copanies should know how fertile we are or how many children we plan on having so they can hire us based on how much insurance we'll be using for future offspring

Though I don't find it nessessary, I do think it is perfectly legal for a company to google your name and check out any social networking pages. But asking you to LOG ON, so they can see any private things you are doing sounds ridiculous. That's like asking you to bring all of your unopened mail for them to go through, or your banking information along with maybe your 8th grade diary.
If anyone ever asked me for that during an interview I would run the fuck out of there. Somethings tells me once you get hired these are the types of companies that are also spying on your work computer and timing your bathroom breaks. |

Robert de Niro may be a brilliant actor but when giving interviews or speeches, he's one of the most incomprehensible people I've seen. Gargling his way through everything he says, it's not hard to feel dumbfounded.
