BF

I was lost on a train and had to go to the map but there was a breast feeding moron sitting there. She could have sat anywhere else. Of course I couldn't find my stop on the map so I had to hover over the sucking forever. I just hope she was more uncomfortable than I was. And she did not use any boob cover. Not sure that was her baby.

The Motor City Madman

I love watching interviews with Ted Nugent. He reminds me of interviews I would see of Charles Manson years ago. Both of them are bat shit crazy and you never know what is going to come out of their mouths. The Nuge has done a lot of good for a lot of people, but I don't agree with him politically. I do find his insanity (in small doses) to be quite entertaining, much like Manson.

The stories about the flash mob reminded me of this what happened last week.

Every year on May 5th we, the Dutch, hold two minutes of silence at 8pm in remembrance of the dead (namely people who died during WWII). So my girlfriend just arrived at the airport from a business trip around that time. And as announced through the speakers, everyone stood still at 8 sharp and the entire airport went dead-silent for two minutes (in fact, the whole country).

My girlfriend noticed some American women with their eyes glaring. At first she thought the women were just in awe of the fact that people were so respectful, but as the national anthem started playing, notifying everyone the two minutes were over, the women made eye-contact, walked over and blatantly asked; "Was this some kind of Improv Everywhere flash mob?" Contemplating the answer for a split second which answer would be more satisfying, my girlfriend answered; "Yes. This actually was a world record attempt." The women believed her, comedy prevailed!

Great show by the way. I loved how Charlie was more at ease this time.

I thought you burned calories while breast feeding because of the continuous production of milk? If you don't breast feed, your body doesn't have to do that extra step each day. So TECHNICALLY you could be "loosing weight"... but it probably isn't a whole lot. Like how you burn more calories in a seated position than in a lying position....

Our midwife's 5 yr old son would happily run into the room and nurse right in the middle of our check-up. It got to be so common, we neverminded it. We would talk shit immediately on the ride home, though. Our daughter nursed until age 2.5 and is super healthy, however, and the benefits of nursing are huge. Also, fuck this Time cover. It turns the natural into bullshit. Another-also, the MILF on the cover: hotty.
