I never minded her laughter before, so I chose neither. Now that I know she's an evil sadist who enjoys the pain of others, it will only add to my KATG experience. As I wait to hear that special maniacal cackle which only sees the light of day when some poor sap's joke has completely flopped.
Keep it up Libby For America |

Still didn't listen to the episode but now I feel bad for hating on the laugh. It makes me cringe a bit, I'm not used to KATG having a laugh track. Maybe I'll get used to it but I feel it adds nothing, really.
Sorry, Libby. I'm sure you're a lovely person. |

Libby's laugh is great. It's because it's natural and not a laugh track that it adds to the show.
To me it helps create this casual atmosphere that makes the show feels like Keith and Chemda are hanging out with the the listener rather than talking at the listener. None of the other laughs have bothered me either but I would definitely choose the Libby and Danny Hatch laugh combo over any other. |

Libby's laughter does bother me. But not on the show, rather her lack of involvement on the forums. Why does she only limit her gift to just the show? Can't she also laugh it up on the forums, too? It would really help to see her posting a laugh after someone's ridiculous comment. Because of her, I would know not to take some people seriously.
Come on, Libby. Be in it to win it. Keep laughing, toots. You're aces. |

I, too, thought it was Cat, though Keith's response about her work makes sense. Libby has a great lilt to her giggles, and they don't detract that much. It just always made me sidetrack for a moment while I wondered who it was.
It kind of sounds like she wants to grab a mic and join in the conversation. I know how that feels...sometimes I want to do that, as well. |
