the potter movies seem scary in a way a kid can handles. the batman movies are very violent though, so its a bit weirder.

honestly im ok with kids seeing things, but i also had so many movies ruined by yelling children. im torn.

I think it is fine that parents bring their kids to movies, but when your child starts to scream, take them out. and don't bring you kid to a movie they can't handle, whether it is something as tame as a boring plot line or as potentially harmful as really scary violence.
