Incognito doesn't protect against viruses, nor does it mask what sites you're visiting from your ISP or employer.
All it does is doesn't save your browsing history locally, and doesn't keep cookies when you close your incognito window.

So it's great at hiding your porn sites from someone who uses your computer, but not your employer or government.
You'll need something stronger to keep the beastiality and child rape "research" from landing you in trouble with your boss.
