Nagging is the first step to accepting you have a problem. Without someone Reminding you everytime yo do something wrong, you will never know you have a problem.

If you have a speech problem or a drinking problem, it is good to be reminded every time.

I agree. I knew someone who drank a lot. Not in the out of control, just when he drank, he went from normal to shit-faced in a very short time. And we began to get worried about him. I finally talked to him about it kindof like how Chemda does with Keith. We used a site that I thought was moderation.org, but now that site talks about attending meetings. This site's strategy was merely to be aware of the quantity you were drinking. SImple steps like drinking only one beer per hour, drinking water in between beers, and things like that. This guy drank every beverage pretty quickly. So it was just messing with him when he drank alcohol. The awareness factor of these things helped him a lot. Not everyone who drinks a bit too much needs to swear off all alcohol altogether. I hope this info is helpful to someone. Sorry I couldn't find the web site.

I usually listen to your show while driving my forklift and working on a crossword puzzle. Since I'm not allowed to listen to music or anything, I have to hide my earbuds under my protective earphones, so my cow of a boss doesn't see them.
