Yeah, I have heard a lot of good about the Raid. I may have to see it. Dredd is the one I wanna see the most. Especially if it doesn't tank too bad and it guarantees a Dark Judge movie, then I'm in. This should be an interesting listen lol.

Is it really prejudging when someone spends years on television showing people what a fucked up asshole he is?

It's not like this is someone without a history of violent behavior.

Just because someone has made mistakes in the past doesn't mean we should always assume that they are at fault. None of us know this women's mental state or what may have happened between her and Danny B. It's fun to gossip, especially when we think we know and can discern more than is really possible from very little information.

One of the smarter things that the US criminal justice system does is prevent most previous bad acts from being introduced as evidence. Humans have terrible record of assuming the worst about someone based on little or no evidence so they can feel morally superior.

We also have to remember that Keith (captain judges a lot) has:
Shit in food
Destroyed thousands of dollars in property
Committed attempted murder
Driven without insurance
Admitted to driving under the influence
Committed assault
etc...

If something sketchy happened around Keith, would we assume he was immediately at fault. Probably not, people don't tend to have this reaction to others we perceive as knowning on a personal level. Danny Bonaducci is just an easy target for strangers to level their ire at so they can feel better about their own character flaws.

Keep in mind what your mentioning, to our knowledge, were all isolated incidents. Danny B has had a history of violence.

For example if Kieth was arrested for beating up a transvestite and hitting his girlfriend (both things that happened to Danny B) as well as getting in fights with various other people, then no, I wouldn't be surprised if a woman bit Kieth's face off and yes I would think Keith probably did something to provoke it.

The words 'I would think' and 'probably' are both weak words of argument. People who have no facts to fall back on use these to bolster poorly thought out statements.

They would also get you thrown out of high school forensics.
