1699: Girls

The show overall was great. I did not like the segment where they read the chat conversation. But it was brought back to life. I always find it fascinating to listen to Peoples problems and how they are/did overcome it. All these Chemda only shows could of been filed under WMN and made exclusively for the VIP people. By the way it looks it is going to be a whole month before we get to hear Keith. Since I'm guessing KATG is planning on doing a 2 week Holiday vacation.

In other news, maybe if Keith can't come to the show, the show can go to Keith? It seems like, if he's feeling up to it, he could be wheeled into a quiet room and recorded or maybe just include his roommates and do it where he is. That might be funny.

That said, I think Chemda is doing awesome. I have enjoyed all of the recent shows. Keep it up The Girl!

You must be someone who has been lucky enough to not have to be in a hospital for an extended period of time. From what I've heard about the hospital he's been in, that is definitely not even a possibility. 1. It looks like he is in a giant room with 5 other people. 2. It sounds like they have been douchebags to him when he has been asking for stuff about his health...imagine the reaction of him asking for a quiet room for an hour and 3. He's in a hospital which is not meant for entertaining. I work in hospitals and have had to be in hospitals and I can safely say that is a ridiculous notion to ask for a private room. Plus, setting up the equipment etc... Basically, Chemda is doing an excellent job, no need to add additional stress to either party.

The only part of this episode I wanted to tear my eardrums out was that snippet from Girls...and I might be the only one. It sounded like the most ridiculous fake conversation ending with a high school "YOUR DAD's GAY!". But I like Everybody loves Raymond and other ridiculous shows so to each their own.

I like Gaby and Annie as guests. Apart from the Girls snippet I felt like the episode went by really fast.

I like all-female episodes like this sometimes since most podcasts are a festival of men. And I've heard some of them complain about "girls having conversations" and how horrible they think it is.

Chemda, great job again.

I need another show with Keith + any of the female guests (my favourites are Ophira, Myka, and Emmy) so they can properly and hilariously discuss everyday issues.

Talking about girls wasn't a big deal, it was entertaining hearing gabys/Annie's point of view on the the show. But starting the conversation by playing 4 minutes of the show followed by reading a text message conversation was what I think annoyed most people.

I love stories of how Chemda and Emmy roll together so I thought the chat read-out was ludicrously adorable. Also loved Annie talking about how badass and in control of her sex life she is and she was cracking me up describing all the skater dummies she takes home.

Yeah, I thought it was very effective in audio form. Until today I had Girls, Two Broke Girls and New Girls mixed up in my head but the scene Chemda played was hilarious and made me want to watch Girls.

I agree with this entire post. That scene they played was good. Still doesn't win me over on the show overall, though.

The show was hot shit!!!! Loved just the Women only show and all the talk about sex was great.
Chemda has been great, the shows stand on their own. Its hard to listen and not here keiths voice but the show is not hurting without him.
