When I went to Ecuador in November the agency changed my flight without telling me and even the chick on the phone got confused. At 9pm Sunday she says "your flight is in 3 hours ma'am at 12:15am, Sunday." I had to ask her 3 times, "AM means after midnight right? This says my flight is at 12:15 am Sunday which means it was this morning. 3 hours from now is Monday, yes?" she gave me a full minute of silence before you could hear the lightbulb turn on. I fucking hate booking flights.
When I want to buy people drinks I just ask "what are you drinking?", go to the bar, order and return to wherever that person is to hand them the drink. No complaints so far.
