They should make posters with your head reminding school children who ride bicycles to wear helmets.
Also, Kelly sounded like an American who went in and out of Aussie almost like a hiccup. |

Accents slip. My Southern isn't all that pronounced unless I'm excited/angry/talking to mama or other Southernly dialect-ed person/schmoozing. Everyday bird talk is fairly neutral if not incoherently spoken.

One of the other few podcasts I listen to is done by an Australian so I really loved getting to hear that accent again mixed in with Keith and Chemda. I agree with Kelly, Kelly is fucking adorable.
I disagree about some kind of law to automatically add the tip. Some servers don't merit it (although I've very rarely gotten a shitty waiter), but even when I get a "not so great" waiter, I tip 20%. If they did an across the board thing, it might 15% or less across the board and that, frankly, is not enough and also would make waiters complacent. "Why should I be nice, I'm getting my tip regardless." There is a severe lack of work ethic, not just in waiting, everywhere. The majority of people will only do just enough to keep their job, no more. The groupon thing is terrible. I use them a lot and have gone to places where they automatically give you shit service cause they assume you wont tip or tip as well since you're using one. On those occasions I'm torn between tipping extra to be like "Hey, asshole, I'm not a cheapskate" and tipping shitty but I feel like that would enforce their behavior which always leads me to tip more regardless of shitty service. You can't win. Shit, so I post a lot when I'm actually in front of a pc while listening, sorry. On dates, I usually have to fight my boyfriend for the check. I make more money than he does, and especially if I suggest going out, I assume I'm going to pay.

You know...I'm still getting over the fact that I *had* to read The Accidental Tourist in senior English. I will never understand why English teachers consistently pick shitty books for students to study. I'll pass on Gatsby the book and the film. It'll just be three hours of my life I won't get back.
