Had lots of panic attacks in high school and I just had no idea what they were or why they were happening. Fun times. Nowadays it only happens while driving long distance after a bad experience the last time or someone telling me driving horror stories. I had my hands go numb and one time they actually turned inward and spastic for a while - horrifying. Playing Keith And The Girl in the car has actually been the 100% effective cure for that.
