I believe that correlation may only be true because "most kids" that can compete in sports or extra curricular activities at least in N. America are from more affluent families.... Meaning parents are better educated, kid will be better educated etc...etc...

'They' also say that playing a musical instrument helps kids succeed and get better grades.

Haven't you ever seen a kid get hit over the head with a clarinet? Nasty!

Your dad played bass to impress your mom.

Do you go out of your way to make these uninformed, ignorant points or do they come naturally?

Keith 2.0 is a vegan atheist faux-mo who's wife knows more about cars than he does.

No wonder the fucker's depressed. Poor cunt's got nothing to look forward to, apart from weird hippie cheeses and fake turkey at Thanksgiving.

Great ep though. Lol'd hard at the idea of God-proof coffins

cHemmo's off eggs, and thanks to her cremation story, I'm now off salmon...

This ep, like many other recent ones, is a fucking master class on how to conduct a podcast. The topics vary wildly yet all flow together, and before you know it, Keith's abruptly wrapping it up and a little piece of my heart breaks...

Lol. 'Faux Mo'

I love how Keith has used his knowledge of science to link the avid listening of The Smiths with low levels of dopamine.

SCIENCE!

Totally. I'm always rocking out to Elliot Smith's Figure 8 and just...you know. Hangin with bro's. Watching the football and such.

My favorite part is the touchdown. Everyone throws roofies into the air and yells and slaps each other.

Very exciting. These 'sports'

I have no desire to indoctrinate either of my children into organized religion. Sure, it's fine to let them know that it's there and explain to them why some people gravitate towards it but I am not going to encourage them one way or another.

I have been honest with them in telling them that I, personally, not believe in the Christian God. They need to discover their own truth as they see fit.
