I don't put hot sauce on everything, but I will do it with all Asian foods (especially Chinese; South Asian food is already spicy and there are other extras that make it spicy). It makes all of that cuisine taste sooooo good. I draw the line at hot sauce with breakfast food.

Different hot sauces for different foods, particularly once you get into the genre. There is a lot of stuff out there that is all heat, no flavor. The flavorful stuff definitely lends itself to different food and beverage combinations. We have five senses, take advantage of all of them.

I got some of this shit at a chili stall at some markets a while back.
I keep it in the fridge because it bursts into flame at room temperature. Fuck all flavour, just arse-rending heat. Then moar heat. And tears. Oh, so many tears... |
