I can't remember the last movie I liked in a theater.

Netflix has really good documentaries and it's $8 a month. If you haven't seen Cocaine Cowboys 2 or Blackfish; you're missing out.

Spending $8 a month on Netflix and watching really good documentaries seems a lot better than wasting time and money trying to sit through a shitty Hollywood movie.

Getting stoned and seeing Gravity in 3D was amazing for the novelty of 'experiencing space' but not much else.
They got some good Wrasslin' on there too.

When I was a kid the movie theater...THE CINEMA...Was like magic dude. Giant screen. Junk food. Fucking soda. It was a church for me. I started renting movies when I was a kid literally every weekend. Thanks to movie theaters. Prices and all was why I didn't go every weekend. But I still go here and again.

EDIT: Evil Dead remake and Dredd. <3 Nuff said.

Going to the movies is for the childless. I'll catch it on Netflix at 3am in 5 years. I count on Keith to tell me what shit movies are out right now so that I don't feel like I'm missing out.

Two things.

1) Big ups to Mr Danny Hatch for getting the show notes and pics posted so quickly. It really adds to the show experience. I love logging onto katg.com and seeing when a new episode is up and also running thru show highlights and a pic or two. It's a huge show improvement. A+ job.

2) Lenny Marcus brings his A++ game and thus is an A++ guest

Understood.

I'm listening to the part about Michael Jackson and it is weird how we've 'compartmentalized' what we think and what we know. I mean, there's over-whelming evidence that MJ was a kid fucker. It's so gross!

Still. Have you heard 'Smooth Criminal' lately? Holy SHIT that song holds up. The entire thriller album is infinitely badass.

I hate pedophiles but I love Thriller. I'm not alone in this. sad.

I love when a theater is empty!

I'm also a cheap bastard. 4pm matinee for $5.50 - I'm in.

And no kids would get touched.

Or I could use my own free history kill to stop Hitler or the 9/11 bombers. But, Michael Jackson is such a good answer because no one thinks of it.
Farrah Fawcett died just before Jacko.

She got to Heaven & God said "Farrah, you lived a good life, I will grant you one wish"

Farrah said "OK God, please save the suffering children"

So God killed Jacko.

I wish it had the last part of the clip. The judge says, "So would you let MJ sleep with your children?" Chapelle goes 'What?? Hell No!'
