I haven't read the book and can't recall Keith ever discussing legitimate fights on the show. But he was in the military and with how he carries himself. I fail to see how he couldn't have EVER not been in at least one fight and especially sober. Far be it for me to speak for him...But still.

I'd throw a glazed doughnut on the floor, and when he goes down to pick it up, I'd kick him in the face. If he gets through that, I'd keep dropping doughnuts on the ground that are all followed by kicks to the face. I'd have about a dozen to ensure my safety.
