1927: Walk It Off

There was a group of guys who did a walk from I think Chicago to la several years ago and they kept a blog. It was very interesting. They learned a lot, but also had really bad days too. I am worried about the being by yourself part of it....

I was going to write all the reasons this is a terrible idea - but never mind.

Watching a NY open-miker attempt a cross country solo hike will actually be hilarious.

Double-relevant comment:

In House of Cards season 2, a male character is introduced and a female character becomes visibly upset. She's like "That's him! You know, from college." and that's all the viewer needs to hear to know she was raped by this guy. It took a second for me to realize how sad that is, that it's so ingrained in pop culture that we know the whole story from just a few words. Women in college get raped and guys in college rape women.

There's a thing about how if as many kids were molested in McDonalds as in the Catholic Church we'd shut down the franchise. Well, if as many women were raped in McDonalds... How deep does the analogy go? Can you be a completely good person if you support the university system?

Your analogy assumes that McDonalds staff and university professors are the rapists who get moved around from restaurant/college to the next instead of facing prosecution. It's about the institution that supports and protects it's offenders, not the spaces themselves.

I supported the kick starter without hearing this just based on how jealous I am that she can do this.
On the comedy side I think nyc isolates comedians and a journey like this will help expand the comedic view

Well... yeah. That's the analogy.

Jessica sounded all shades of sweet and crazy but Brian's reactions made the show. Regarding poison ivy: "wear pants". Pure love.

The secret to putting the toilet seat back up is to never put it down. Just work on your aim and be considerate if you miss.
