He's harming no-one. Players still play and people still buy/rent his houses. What you're essentially saying is "I'd steal from him". You can say this because enough of you are saying this. You remove personal accountability and can get a faceless entity to do it for you.
Remember the last person to be racist around you? Maybe some guy said 'nigger-rigged' or made a joke about lazy mexicans. Can you honestly say that you can, personally, take his car? Home? Money? No, two wrongs don't make a right.
Lead with a carrot, not a stick. Make them want to overlook their own prejudices and see people as people, the stick will bring naught but resentment. Make him think about what hes doing without commiting a sin yourself, choose not to support his team, choose not to buy his houses. Stop trying to control others and just worry about what you do.
