Somehow I found myself agreeing with Roseanne...
Yeah, I said it, I'm kinda sorry because I don't like to be mean to guests but I did not feel him. Last edited by Thumbnail; 06-11-2014 at 02:27 PM. |

They should change the song from "Don't fear the Reaper" to "Don't fear Jean Kasem".
When I was younger my dad and I used to go on out of town wrecker calls. When one of us had to pee he'd pull the wrecker to the side of the road, open a door facing away from traffic and let it go. |

Chemda has been on this passive aggressive dead pan delivery of some hard hitting jokes lately and I am here for every bit of it. They always seem to slide right under the radar as the people in the room have a moment of "Is she serious?"
It's like Chemda is playing a prank on them every time. If Keith is the "bad cop" then Chemda is the good cop who tricks you into giving a confession. She just routinely catches people off guard because her set up questions are so earnest and then BOOM! JOKE TIME! It's been going on for a few weeks now and I just wanted to voice my appreciation and let her know it's not going unnoticed. Such good sarcasm, wit and comedic timing.

Also I'm pretty sure that these are the three most successful judges that last comic standing ever had. The Waynes had a successful Sketch show, (In Living Color) then a successful television series (The Waynes Bros.) Way before they did the Scream movies. Flop or not those movies made them BANK. We already talked about Russel Peters earning power and that's just from doing stand-up. Oh wait, we don't appreciate that because he sells out stadiums overseas to multicultural audiences... and that is a feat that should be... less impressive than selling out the chuckle-hut in Philly? And Roseanne... Oh she was just on a self-titled show that is basically synonymous with 90's sitcoms. I'm not saying we should fall to our knees and praise them. But let's stop pretending like they are just some washed nobodys who don't know comedy. Even without their history... they are judges on show about judging comedy. Don't willingly go on a show like that and complain about being judged. |

Chemda has been great with the funny lately but today I appreciated her Velvet Hammer of Reason talking the crazy back out of the room.

I wasn't even going that deep, I just didn't feel him on the show, I still think that editing on Last Comic Standing was not in Ben's favor and that's super shitty. When I said I agreed with Roseanne is because he came across as dismissive on the show (KATG).
Some parts were good, though, hearing about the inner workings of LCS was fun. But the astrology thing? Come on! You could feel the "oh boy..." in Keith's voice. "What's your sign?"... are we 15 year old girls? I'm all for finding your voice and if astrology is your thing go for it but the argument of "I know two piscies and now I judge people instantly based on that"??? It was dumb. Trust me, I'm a Leo, Ben said you should trust me forever. |

Also, is it all underage girls forced into prostitution due to poor economic climate in a developing country, or do you ever say to yourself, "You know what, self, today I'm going to ride an elephant. Take a picture. Change it up a bit" |
