My wife and I have all of our accounts linked. We have an android equivalent to find my friends. It's just useful. From meeting up in crowded places to finding a misplaced cell phone. You could argue that we're giving up some privacy between each other, but we just don't give a shit.

Having the capability to know eachother's location doesn't mean that we stalk eachother. It means we can find eachother when we have good reason.

The problems that I see from this type of thing stem from couples with jealousy issues, or boyfriend/girlfriend situations. I totally agree, if you're the jealous type, or not actually going to be together for a long haul; Find My Friends is probably not useful for you.

My mom used to call me when I'm five minutes late coming back from school. Then, when I started commuting to and from university, I still got calls when I was five minutes late.
