When I was a kid, we use to wear old socks as mittens during the winter, and we'd wear a tripple layer of socks on our feet because we couldn't afford shoes. All my clothes were hand-downs from my great-grandfather, so I use to wear an old pancho and sombrero hat to school. We didn't have a car so I had to wake up at 6:30AM to walk to school which started at 8Am, and the bus was .75 cents back then and that was way too much. So don't tell me I could afford a dollar a day.

Actually that's a lie, my mom use to take me to private school in her Jaguar, and after school my driver would pick me up. For lunch the school would either serve duck or lobster. And I had baby skin shoes, the only kind of shoe that should be warn.

Good, now you can donate some of your Trust fund to KATG.

Get the check book.

Liam was cool, good sharp wit he's got.

The New Jersey slogan thing was hard case. They do the same crap over here all the time and it's the worst thing any city can do, they just get the piss taken for years. Our biggest city is Auckland and about 2 hours south we got Hamilton, which likes to call itself a city but it's only about 400,000 people. You have to go through there on the way to this famous surf town called Raglan which is tiny compared to Hamilton.

So of course when Hamilton were making their slogan a few years ago the most popular one for Aucklanders wasn't Hamilton: City Of Gardens, or Hamilton: Come Get Some or whatever, it was "Hamilton: Gateway To Raglan". Cut those wannabe-city-hicks down to size in a hurry.

Either seems correct.

Now as for order of precedence, does one go from lower to higher or visa-versa? Year, month, date gives you 2002/1/31 (month before date) while date, month, year gives you 31/1/2002 (date before month).

Seems more like preference than precedence and the preference in the U.S. is to follow the precedence of our preference.

The Army wants it time-day-month-year. The rest of the US wants Month -Day-Year.

Wedding invitations want the '24th day of january two thousand and two"
