Maybe this would work well for breakfast and lunch, when you might be stuffing food down your throat too fast to enjoy it anyway, and then having real food for dinner, when you can slow down to enjoy it. This way you still get to have different foods throughout the week and keep it interesting.

Not yet but I've only been doing it for about a week. I also eased into it pretty gradually. I haven't completely abandoned all food.

Exactly. It's great when you don't want to think about something to eat but still want all the nutrients a good normal diet would entail. With Soylent you can actually treat real food like an event similar to going out to the movies. Food could become an entertainment experience as opposed to a daily requirement.. Leave the bulk of nutritional needs to a simple drink.

That's true, I have the bad habit of skipping breakfast anyway.

Just had Soylent with bananas and strawberries. Thought it was pretty solid too.

Yeah, your mom mentioned you were getting bored and your performance was suffering.

Yeah, she told me she was talking to you while you cried in your cubicle over the fact that you're a middle-aged fat irredeemable loser who desperately tries to distract himself from this fact by constantly searching for depraved porn on the darkest corners of the internet.

I don't believe any of that is true, friend, that's just what my mom said.
