The quote should have been, "You should call PETA, go join their faggy army!"

Excellent show as always.

Chemda,

1) RECORD EVERYTHING! You've got the capiblities, record it. That way, if you need to file a complaint/lawsuit you have proof.

2) Get the persons full name (that'll make em squirm).

3) Try to stay calm, and ask for a supervisor (if they don't put you through to one demand it).

3a) If they still refuse, calmly state that you wish to speak to a supervisor and if they can't put you through to one imediatly, you will be forced to file a lawsuit to get this settled in which the rep will be forced to testify and this conversation has been recorded, so please let me speak to a supervisor.

3b) If you get a supervisor. Don't back down. Get the full name. Demand a full refund.

The best thing is to try and stay calm. From my experience in Cust. Service, I would always shut down if someone was yelling and screaming (and these phone reps are much worse than store ones cause you arn't right there).

But def. record it all.

I got free Aol for almost a year by calling in to quit service and they would give me another month or two free, then I would call in again and repeat.

Ahh nothing worse than having a vagina tooth!

PLEASE no more tooth talk. I cringe every time i listen to one and think about my next tooth disaster.

I decided that I wanted to reach 30 with all my teeth and now that I am there, well.... fuck it, let em fall out. I dont need them anymore and then all of my bitching can stop as well.

Agreed. Completely. Record that shit!
I work customer service right now and when people yell i tend
to let them yell and then talk to them as if they hadn't just acted the fool,
which sometimes just pisses them off more. But hey I dont get paid to
soothe tantrums, I fill out forms and try to help people out.

Also, regarding mouses, my preferred way of killing them after gluing them
is to drown them in cold water. That way they get numb before they die
and it doesnt hurt much...I dont like to cause undue suffering, but the
mice are still going to die. It's damn near impossible to get those little
fuckers off the glue traps anyway...I just fill the big sink thing in the laundry
room of my building with cold water and drown the little guy then off to the
garbage with him(or her).

That new feature in football where you see the arrows and such underneath the players is green screen technology. The grass/astroturf is green, right? They might do something to the grass to help it out, but ultimately for this technology to work the surface just needs to be green. It's a pretty creative idea for football and a wonder it wasn't thought of earlier.

PS. I could be totally wrong, but it's the simplest solution. I can't find any official info on this. Anyone?

A few pointers:

1) In most states, you have to inform the person at the beginning of the conversation that you are recording them. Usually no big deal.

2) A lot of the call centers have rules about not giving out your full name, so if the person refuses, ask for their first name and operator number. They are required to give you that if asked.

3) For supervisors, state that the rep is no longer helping you and you would like to speak to their manager. If they say there is not one available, ask for the corporate customer service number. All companies have one, they just don't like to give it out. And corporate can always do something for you.

Fraud issue: Billing you without your consent is fraud/unauthorized use. If you still have money that are owed, contact Citi and file a chargeback. This will provide you with a credit upon the completion of several forms. You get to fill out a letter about how AOL screwed you, and AOL has to give you back your money. This will result in the issuance of a new credit card number. Citi will then dispute the charges on your behalf, representing you to AOL.

Good Luck!
