Haha you got me there, looks like my reading comprehension was poor. But yards instead of feet doesn't really change the point, between 3-7 yards (10ft) their accuracy would have been about 17%.

Per all my down south gun toting friends cop and concealed carry training is to place two rounds in center of mass, cops are not snipers and should not be expected to shoot out a toe or hand.
12 shots on the other hand seems a bit much but I'm not marching for this dude either |
