When it comes to stolen photos on your phone just remember, nothing is safe. Don't store anything on your phone that you don't want out. Whatever security that you think exists on your phone, doesn't. For most "hackers" going through your phone is little more than a trifle. Not to sound like a Luddite but the bigger issue that should be discussed is how much faith and information that we actually put into our phones and technology. Anything you've ever said on Facebook, twitter, forums, emails, texts and even verbally on the phone is safely archived on a computer hard-drive, trust. This isn't tinfoil hat ramblings its the truth. Expecting people to not go through your shit when its so easily accessible, especially if you are rich and famous makes me truly question if you were born yesterday.

If you're referencing Mckayla Maroney, she said they were, however people who examined the exif data showed that was categorically untrue. And if it was true, the law could end up with her in trouble. It's a stupid law, but it exists for any underage person with nude photos, male or female.

Also, it's good to note that the comment about the age was likely designed specifically to counter the images being found going forward. As lax as sites like 4chan, reddit and anonib are, they won't put themselves at risk by allowing potential child porn to be living on their sites.

As for the MTV chick, that's another question and one that hasn't been officially announced, so you are referring to a SINGLE person who, based on solid photo data that is burned into each image as a picture is taken, was lying. There's little question on that, unless she purposefully sets her date years ahead.

I will agree with you here. However, I know Newsy and have met him in person and he's changed a great deal. It doesn't excuse it, and he doesn't express a feeling of pride over doing it. That said, had the person on the other end been a woman, would we even know Newsy? Doubtful.

I'm not a SJW, nor am I a blind feminist. I'm a dad of girls and I hope nothing bad ever happens to them, but I am sick of the lopsided discussion that tends to favorably paint women, but negatively shuns men.

Gossip blogs were encouraging people to see hogan naked and to watch his sex tape, they had no issue posting any of the leaked sex tapes that were made in the past about men, either.

Was this situation right? No. Was it something that was preventable? Yes. Should women OR men have to be afraid someone is going to get pictures on their device because of a stupid loophole in security? No.

What we need more than anything is balanced treatment of men and women. A boy was molested by a 20 year old babysitter many years ago. He was 13 I believe, unable to give consent. Fast forward to this year and he is now on the hook for massive back child support because of ridiculous laws that simply ignore the other side of the story.

If we aim to treat the sexes as equals in all ways, it has to be equal and even in all ways. It may not be common, but men can be raped. Men can be emotionally and physically abused. They're also far less likely to speak up on it because they're "men". That's a shitty fucking world in my opinion.
