When people say to me "Happy wife, happy life" I want to rip their faces off and shit down their throat.

I'm only part way through the ep, but all that ginger talk triggered some horrific memories.

In high school, we naturally teased (sorry, I mean verbally bullied and psychologically tortured and raped) a red-haired kid for having red pubes.

At one point, he turned around, screamed something abusive, and flashed us.

I do not believe the English language contains the words necessary to describe the horror I witnessed on that fateful day.

His alabaster abdomen was the perfect pale canvas to offset his fire coloured pubic mess. The image is burned into my psyche to this day. There is no doubt in my mind that the devil exists, and he is a ginger.

Anyway, back to the ep :D

I had to laugh at the hotmail account stuff. In 2003 my brother came over and said a co-worker was on safari in Africa and gave the office his contact info while he'd be there. My brother wanted to see pictures from the hunt so he asked to use my computer.

I turn it on and leave the room. One minute later my brother calls me in and asks how to get on the internet. I go back, startup firefox, click on the address bar, tell him to type the address in there, and then walk out of the room. I get just down the hall when I hear, "WHAT THE FUCK?"

I turn back and see my redneck brother staring at a screen full of gay XXX porn. He went to hotmale.com.

I shut off the computer and explained that he had been given an e-mail address, not a website address. If he wanted pictures, he'd have to create an e-mail account and request them. That did indeed end the discussion on my brothers side, but I had to ask, "Didn't you think the address was strange?"

My brother said, "Yeah, but when I typed it in it showed a muscular guy with his shirt off and asked me if I wanted to Enter or Exit. I figured Corey (his friend) must be into that kind of stuff so I just clicked Enter."

"Well, obviously organized religion is a ridiculous and harmful force in the world. HOWEVER! I am very afraid of dying. So... spiritual?"

Had to turn it off when the dude started talking about blending creationsim with evolution. Sorry Keith and Chemda, you guys are still great.

You did the right thing. We of course would then discuss that idea for the rest of the show and not just move on.

The guest's comments about "spirituality" etc sparked some great comments by cHemmo, including the one about "where is God in the abused child or the war victim" (paraphrased).

The guests, to their credit, didn't try to bullshit their way out of it. They conceded that the point required more thought, as did I.

Also, when atheist cHemmo fires up, it's rather hawt...
