We have had this debate up here in Canada. Fascinating.

my dad took a long time coming around to my making art a career move. it's insecure. i don't have insurance. worrisome dad things. his family were gospel singers in the 70s; very good ones. toured and all that. they fucking /love/ the Gaithers, pedal steels, and Jesus Christ. he watched his brothers futz around with their music without really doing it. they got married/divorced/remarried, had kids, and kind of withered away into bullshit jobs, anxiety and health problems: easier things. dad does and doesn't want that for me. so, ya know, driving force to take myself seriously and not let fear compromise me into complacency. take lots of risks. jump off lots of cliffs into nowhere. i still fall flat on my face a lot, but taken enough successful flights of fancy to have made him proud. i'm doing it and he thinks it's cool; tells his friends, comes to my shows.

he still doesn't know i'm an atheist. baby steps.

I have never used a guy's razor. Women's razors have lotion! I don't get why women would use men's razors, unless it's because they don't want to go out, spend money and buy their own.

I want to be clear that the woman always has her own razor.

I for one can understand Michelle Knight's forgiveness now that this guy is dead.
I was raped the summer after 9th grade and had to see the guy in school all the time. I eventually dropped out but started having panic attacks when I would see him until my boyfriend at the time slammed his skateboard over the guys head and beat the shit out of him. He had to get stitches on the inside of his head, apparently, and from that day forth i was over it. :)

It's amazing what a little bit of rage and revenge can do for the soul.

Every move since I've been an adult has been for a 25% pay raise or better. It's a huge pain in the ass, and costs a bunch in both money and in terms of lost social infrastructure. Still worth it.

Women's razors are good for trimming that gorilla salad.. or so I've heard.

My wife has her own razors but finds mine works better so we've just started buying more blades and we just use our own blades with the same SHAFT. If she gets a better shave from it, who cares?
