What you say about kinko's is true everywhere, not just in NY. I live in rochester and have lived in buffalo, and every time I go there, it just ends in frustration. I was getting my portfolio done there for grad school applications, and the guy there cut and bound a page backwards. I noticed the error when I picked up my few copies, and explained to him that it was wrong and he went to fix it right away. When he came back with the new page, it was done wrong exactly the same way he did it wrong before. I explained THIS to him so he went to fix it again. He came back and it was done wrong exactly the same way AGAIN! I finally got him to see the light and he finally got it right.

This shouldn't have to happen!

I went to architecture school and had to deal with idiots like this many, many times. I never look forward to going to kinkos. How's that for focus group feedback.
