I am no expert but I have been researching proper nutrition more and more and the conclusion I am coming to is that Saturated fats are actually good for you and a high fat diet does not boost your bad cholesterol it actually boosts the good cholersterol.

It is really fascinating learning about all of this, a good starting point would be the documentary Fat Head. Disclaimer Fat Head is just a good jumping off point but there are lots of research papers published on dispelling the myths of high carb diets.

Edit: Also the preferred diet would be your daily carb intake of about 100g, while a Keto diet is below 50g per day. So I also understand that the keto diet is not considered a long term optimum diet and that a slightly higher carb intake is recommended.

We invaded because they wouldn't give us Osama, once we are in we can't leave until it's a stable country. Afghanistan wasn't an American world police action it was the UN and NATO and us.

I'll stick with fucking up Keith science as my official reason because I won't be able to convince you that I actually do not understand how in the 21st century it's necessary to start bombing a foreign country after less then a month of diplomatic discussions - that was to big parts 'hey how I'm a big bad cowboy' showboating

Using troops to build other nations/ governments. Just as our forefathers intended no doubt

Perfect. Hey Scum, once you've got all that sweet sweet Haliburton money, let's go create a tourist attraction in Kabul.

You know. Cuz Afghanistan is so stable now.

How does the name Man Love Thursdays strike you?

I'm thinking regional authenticity is important.

Tourist attraction? What, like the one ISIS has set up in the Middle East?

Sounds good. I'm in.

An easy alternative to insanely unhealthy weird diets is an hour of exercise a day. It'll actually give you more energy throughout the day, make you sleep better, feel better, and look healthier.
