I saw Katy Perry at Singapore Grand prix. She was singing live and wearing a grand prix-style cheer-leading outfit. She had a couple of costume changes, including some very hot hotpants. Moderately sexy, but too comic-book to be horny. Rihanna was on another time - she wore a baggy t-shirt, and her "singing" was crap. No costume changes. Not in the least bit sexy.

Last year, J-Lo played. Loads of costume changes, fantastic high-energy, all singing seemed to be live, although she had a few back-up singers, who probably carried the tune. And she was sexy as all hell!
