Well lets fix that.
If there are any FBI agents out there reading this forum who want to get back at their parents for making them repress their natural sexual urges, PM Scummy ... I hear they bang like dunny doors |

2218: Sweet Nothings
I got ridiculously excited when I found out he has type 1 diabetes; type 1 here too!!! I'm on the insulin pump which allows me to eat like an asshole which is one of the many reasons why I'm so fat. I'm so glad he didn't die with a blood sugar of 20...he was on death's door!!!! The lowest I've had was 35. I was shaking so bad, my head was knocking against the wall. I look like a crack head when my blood sugar is low...just searching the kitchen for anything sugary. Never did the BBQ sauce...I did the powdered hot chocolate...I always have juice around. He did a great job of explaining it. The only thing I would have specified is that once he was drinking all of the pop, he already had diabetes. Insulin serves as the bridge from the sugar to the blood cells to use them properly. When the pancreas doesn't excrete insulin, the sugar floats around in the blood stream uselessly. The reason he lost so much weight was that in order for the body to continue to function, it breaks down the muscle to get the necessary nutrients.
And even though I'm fat, my sugars are within the needed range, and I'm a woman so I don't have to worry about ED. I HAVE to lose the weight though because I'm at risk for so many other things, and I can't safely have children. I would already be a high risk pregnancy due to the diabetes plus not having a thyroid due to cancer. I'm working on it. Also-the reason diabetes won't ever be cured is because companies can make more money long term through all of the needed supplies than if they were to cure it. My supplies without insurance would be as follows-one bottle of insulin:$100; 1 blood sugar strip:$1; lancets and alcohol swabs: $30, pump supplies for three months $1500. With insurance, and depending on the type of insurance I have, I pay about $200-300 a month for the supplies. Then there are the doctor visits every 3-4 months, and if you see an endocrinologist which is a specialist, that is 30-60 a visit plus blood tests each visit to make sure you are on the right dosage of meds. I just paid $188 for that. I go through about 2.5 bottles of insulin a month and test my sugar 4-5 times a day. The companies make a lot more money off me having diabetes long term than they would curing it. I really loved this guest. I hope he stops by Indianapolis too. I'm eagerly watching the KATG tour Facebook event to see if they are stopping somewhere near me...

I've explained this already, it's an ego boost. It doesn't matter if they do that to everyone or they're not my type. If a straight guy gets hit on by a gay guy the answer is always "oh you shouldn't get mad or offended, just be flattered and say no thanks."
