So as it looks like you can't be Roman Catholic and Byzantine rite Catholic at the same time (at least that's what I learned and wiki seems to say) I'm wondering if Keith parents might be following Romanian Byzantine rite (which apparently is a thing)?
Is this how we finally find out where Keith family comes from?

We were taught at home Byzantine while the local church was Roman Rite. It's all the same Catholic Church when I'm talking with my mom, to be clear. There's not a different set of morals.
