I'm also never late. I hear all the reasons that were shared on the episode but I find it disrespectful of other people's time. Sorry, love ya, can't understand ya.
As for the cooking thing, NOW we're talking. The one time I felt really threatened in my relationship with my boyfriend - now husband - was back in 2003 when he was working abroad and called me and told me that so and so was cooking dinner for him. It was not for a group of people, it was only the two of them. And that sounds like a date to me, showing off cooking skills, maybe a glass of wine of four, some conversation, hopes and dreams, blowjob. It's not even a gender thing because if you think about a man cooking dinner for a woman that he's not in a relationship with, you'd go straight to he's-trying-to-fuck-you. It is clearly a move. |

i wasn't talking about you, but ok then. there is absolutely danger in how thoughtful you're willing to be for a person. there are boundaries and context matters. it's why 'guarding your heart' is a thing. it's how emotional affairs OOPSIE themselves into your life.
also, fuck off and fuck you. |

But even though only Rae was drugged up during the episode I had trouble following either of their stories around the men-trouble so I can't even tell if they were crazy overreacting or just simply not being able to tell the details of the story. If my boyfriend lives next to his best friend and the two hang out together while I'm there I am totally going to feed both of them if I'm cooking anyway. And no I'm not "preparing a plate" for my girl that lives an hour away that is just silly. Now if I have a romantic dinner just me and the boy but then I lovingly prep another plate and walk over to a different house to bring it to the boys buddy - that is crazy-pants and her boyfriend should also feel very weird about that. From the way they told it on the show I have no clue which scenario comes closer to what happened. And the whole "I wanted you to be friends while we were together but now I broke up you have to stop talking" is very teenage drama level theatrics. |

I agree with Rae about the girl next door cooking meals just for Rae’s man....that entire situation is suspect.
The dog adopter lady should be banned from adopting dogs. What a whacko. I wonder if she is still married to that creepy guy? |
