Comcast and Time Warner are among the top donors to Hillary Clinton's campaign. Time Warner is the parent company of CNN, Comcast the parent company of MSNBC. So yes, the main stream media has a vested interest to benefit her, because unlike Bernie, she doesn't threaten the establishment. Here's just one example of how that looks. A few days ago at the CNN "town hall" (it was really just individual interviews with the candidates), Anderson Cooper briefly mentions to Hillary that Bernie is ahead of her in almost ever national polls against Trump, then asks her "Do you buy that?". She of course denies the polls, and then as a follow up, Cooper describes a "personal" moment he had with her, and asked her to describe how she's "not a natural politician." The rest of his questions were softballs as well. Then when he interviews Bernie Sanders afterwards, he asks him FOUR questions about his relationship with Cuba (even though he answered it the first time), trying to paint him as a communist-sympathizer, which ultimately took up most of the time of the interview.

Another example: Chris Cuomo (on a different CNN town hall) telling Bernie that he's going to "punish" the people on Wall Street, and he uses the word "punish" four times in one sentence:

Main Stream Media journalists have no spine, and unfortunately most of them would rather keep their cushy connections then challenge the establishment candidate. So while the main stream media isn't exactly "bought" by Clinton, they're both bought by the same companies.

EDIT: Also, Keith is right about the delegate count. The media purposefully counts superdelegates, who can change their vote any time before the end of July, to make it seem like Bernie is much farther behind than he actually is. Debbie Wasserman Schultz actually said, "Unpledged delegates exist really to make sure that party leaders and elected officials don't have to be in a position where they are running against grass-roots activists." Ain't that some shit?

Hilarious show. I loved both of the guests. I also really enjoyed the most recent that's the show with Danny. I checked out the pilot episode of the Dump which was excellent; Danny did an excellent job. I loved hearing the behind the scenes.

Even if you ignore the superdelegate count, she has a huge lead. That's the reality of proportional allocation of primary votes. In order for Bernie Sanders to win going forward, he needs to win upcoming states by huge margins that no polling suggests will happen.

Imagine it like a boxing match in which one boxer has won on points in the first eight rounds. Yeah, it's still technically a match, but all that boxer needs to do is move around and not get knocked out in order to win. The nature of the rules of the game dictate a huge likelihood of a winning outcome in that situation.

And to be clear, this has happened before. Specifically, it happened to Hillary Clinton in 2008. A young senator by the name of Barack Obama built up what appeared to be a small lead, but was in reality an insurmountable tilt in pledged delegates. Hillary has mirrored this strategy this year to great effect.

Long way of saying Keith is going to make his $100.

Anybody that doesn't realize politicians are buying coverage is just goofy. We should be more worried that this show is running <42 minutes. Sad face.
