Does Keith still put random things he found on the ground in his mouth to see what they are? (Like a weird robot)

That might be where the cholesterol is coming from...

I actually have genetically high cholesterol, with diet and exercise (about 1.5 to 2 hours in the gym everyday) I managed to lower it drastically but it's still not good enough for the doctor.
It is possible to lower it naturally but it's really a to-do.

Being a long time listener, it sounds like Keith in general is health conscious, I'm guessing he exercises at least occasionally and eats decently.
If I had to bet, I would say it is more of a genetic factor than it would be what he is eating.
The pill might be the easiest way to lower it but i would read up on it to make sure the potential side effects would be worth taking it.

Also Janelle is great - I'd love to hear more from her.

Especially when she is smiling

I generally agree with Chemda about medicine. This case in particular because I've seen people in my family completely change there cholesterol issues around by eating healthier and going to the gym a few times a week.

I know, I know. If you don't want to do these things, then I guess taking pills is OK. Just watch out for side effects and conflicts with other conditions you may already have.

But what do I do if I see a bad side effect coming on and I still have more pills?
