KATG should sign up other podcast to be on their "label" Just use the POdshow contract and change the names.

Except make it fair enough others would want to sign up. Anyone know a few VC with money to burn?

They are not the only game in town, and when your not rich to start with you can respect the intellectual rights of fellow podcasters. I promise we will have something very soon that will allow you to earn income without signing three years of your life away.

Hm, I went over to Currys site to see if his Daily Source Code had any mention of KATGs mention of the contract, and on the top of his site there is a banner saying "There Are No Secrets, Only Information You Don't Yet Have"

yes, I agree: since KATG is popular Adam Curry would take them if they would demand full-time money and other contract. You are right: their ability to monetize would overcome any other personal feelings.
