I caught that and another big hole as well. The endorsement fee portion that says something about 'we believe that endorsements can become a significant source of revenue.' Anyone that signs this contract could easily sue if they do not receive a 'significant source of revenue' from endorsements. Exactly why most companies do not use such vague language in contracts.

I think it would be HILARIOUS if someone did sign this contract with an intent to take podshow to court in a year when this shit doesn't pan out.

So, not only are the marjority of people signing this idiots, Podshow lawyers don't seem to bright either for leaving such a large potential for company liability in the contracts.

yes, I agree: Keith and G should sent email to Adam Curry and say a) they can come to Podshow Headquarters meet up with him if Podshow will pay for tickets, b) they should meet Adam Curry (when he is in USA again), not just the others from Podshow.

hey, you have stolen my "whore" metaphor that I was using in comments on Curry's blog for many many months already! Personally I don't see anything wrong in being a whore or using a whore - if money is being paid and nobody is forced. Besides: I don't agree with "limited creative control". Obviously once you join Podshow you can't piss on other podshow members what may suck because some these Podshow golden squadders suck a lot (example: Madge).

Besides: I have heard only one episode of Keith and G - the one where Podshow contract was dissected but when I was trying to listen to episode 248 then I fall asleep after 5 minutes. Boooooooooooooring! Personally I don't like these shows "he and she talking shit" but prefer some more focused shows... but I understand that some people like such shows. Besides: Dawn and Drew at least have photos of themselves on their blog and they give it to public the relationship between them (marriage). Why there are no photos of Keith and Chemda together and explanation what is relationship between them? If you are laughing out transparency of Podshow Inc maybe you folks could be more transparent yourself!
